About the Founder
Christos Argyropoulos - more than 25 years of athletic development
Christos Argyropoulos is an athlete with officially recorded performances spanning an exceptionally wide range of physiological demands, from pure sprint speed and middle-distance running, to marathon and Ironman 70.3 level endurance.
Across more than 25 years of athletic development, his career reflects not specialization, but continuity: the ability to develop, maintain, and express performance across disciplines that are typically considered hysiologically incompatible at high levels.
